Since the 1980s, the fiber roll and soft calender series developed by the company have been the first of their kinds in the country and have successfully replaced the imported ones. The controllable roll squeezer that was launched onto the market at the beginning of this century features a control of the roll surface pressure by a built-in hydraulic system, making our country the third country in the world that owns this technology and the product not just satisfies the demand of the domestic market, but is exported to Asian, European and American markets in large quantities. Upon approval by the National Technical Standardization Committee in 2006, the company organized the “National Soft Calendering Technology Committee”, which is responsible for formulating the national standard for the sector. In the paper industry, Guoguang Company provides soft calender, hard calender and super calender. We have a number of patents and technologies relevant to calender, such as sectional controllable high-medium technology, hot grinding technology, mirror technology, side hole heating technology and so on. Meanwhile, our company is the only executive organizer of soft calender sub-technical committee of China Light Industry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. From year 2000 to 2024, we have produced 230 sets of calenders in the paper industry. In China and many developing countries, soft calender, as an emerging equipment, has greatly improved the comprehensive technical indicators of paper. In 2010, GuoguangBeaujady has successfully exported a soft calendar to India for the paper. By 2024, we have exported 7 hard nip and soft nip calenders to Belarus, India, Bangladesh.

As the largest calender supplier in China’s printing and dyeing industry, Guoguang Company had produced 2130 calenders for printing and dyeing industry in total from 1991 to 2024, so that one out of five meters cloth demanding to be clendered across the world had been calendered by means of Guoguang calenders. GuoguangBeaujady has exported to India regarding calenders for textile amounted to near 130 units from 2007 to 2024.
